What We Do

At the Gabriel Ajama Foundation, we believe that real development must reach the last mile. That’s why we exist—to serve as a bridge between forgotten rural communities and the global movement for sustainable change.
Our work is rooted in tackling some of the most pressing challenges of our time: hunger, poverty, and social inequality. With a deliberate focus on Zero Hunger (SDG 2) and No Poverty (SDG 1), we empower rural families through agricultural support, food security programs, skills development, and access to basic services that improve quality of life.
Founded on the principles of compassion, equity, and innovation, we collaborate with community leaders, youth, women’s groups, and local governments to co-create solutions that last. From farm to market, school to clinic—we are committed to building systems that work for rural people and help them thrive sustainably.

URGENT NEED TO RECUE WOMEN FROM POVERTY IN RURAL COMMUNITIES
A world where the female gender is perceived in some parts of the world as “second class” and should be subjected to a defined and confined approach to life cannot be overemphasized.
